Dinners ‘at home’ and cooking classes

The lesson should really begin on the farm or at the local market, choosing whatever is in season and fresh. It is from here that the meal begins to take its form. The wonderful flavours that can only come from these prime ingredients along with extra virgin olive oil and fresh herbs are fundamental in Italian cooking.

Lessons precede either lunch or dinner. To prepare the meal from scratch we will spend a morning or an afternoon in the kitchen. The selections of antipasti and the dishes to follow are simple and easy to recreate at home. It is a labour of love and fun culminating in a gratifying feast of what we have created together and celebrated with top class Chianti Classico, Riserva and Super Tuscan wines.
