I live in an old farmhouse with views over rolling hills and woodland towards Casole d’Elsa and beyond.
For many years I ran the estate of Villa Cetinale on the Montagnola Senese, before transforming my passion for Italian food and its preparation into ‘Untainted Tuscany’.
For over fifteen years I have been cooking for and sharing this passion and a wealth of local knowledge with guests in their private villas at Castello di Casole and the surrounding area.
Untainted Tuscany reflects the culinary traditions of the region and the endless bounty its land provides.
